The development “Residencial Puerta De Doñana” is situated in the Sevillian village of Villamanrique de la Condesa (the gateway to Doñana Park) where the world famous pilgrimage to El Rocio passes through. In front of the development there is public park land called “Dehese Boyal” where the pilgrims on the journey to El Rocio take mass.

Historically Villamanrique as known as “Mures”, which became “Villamanrique de Zuñiga” in honour of Don Alvaro de Zuñiga and in 1916, in the memory of the great benefactor the princess of Spain S A R D^a M^a Isabel Francisca De Asis Orleans y Borbon, condesa de Paris (Great grandmother of the king of Spain Juan Carlos the 1st) it then became Villamanrique de la Condesa.

It’s inhabitants to this day are still known as “Manriqueño”.

The village is situated to the north of Seville next to a town called Pilas also part of Seville. To the east of the village is a town called Aznalcazar which is very famous for itsgolf course.
To the west is another village called Hinojos which is part of the province Huelva. Villamanrique is about 14km from Aldea del Rocio (El Rocio) very well known for its devotion towards the famous virgin of Rocio. It’s about 29km from Matalascañas which is one of the tourist beaches in that area.

The houses are of 2 floors (Ground and first floor) with wooden ceilings throughout the house.

The ground floor is made up of a front patio of about 39m² with a wooden porch, a car entrance and front gate. It has a lounge come dining room with a chimney in the centre and air conditioning. A bedroom/office also with air conditioning, cloakroom, kitchen, back patio with a utility room.

First floor is made up of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, build in wardrobe in 2 of the bedrooms, bathroom and another built in wardrobe in the hallway.
